Mull and Islay

Geraldine and I took time off last week to see the spectacle of the wintering geese on Islay, passing via Mull to see the White-tailed Eagles. Quite a contrast from the temperatures in the south of Europe! Our good friends Steve and Julie joined us from Northumberland and were the perfect guides and companions. On Mull we were expertly shown round the island by Bryan Rains who kindly dedicated the day to us.
